Abstract

Scientific abstracts are invited for presentation at NAPCON 2025, Jaipur. Participants who wish to present an academic paper or poster in the field of Respiratory Diseases must register for the conference and submit their abstract online after successful payment of the registration fee

ABSTRACT STRUCTURE

Common: Author's Name, Affiliation Conference Registration ID, Co-Author's Name, Passport Photograph, Email ID, Mobile Number

Research Paper :

  • Title: Concise, subject-specific, no full stop.
  • Introduction: Brief background.
  • Methods & Materials: Research design/methodology.
  • Results: Key findings.
  • Discussion: Significance and implications.
  • Conclusion: Summary based on results.
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords.

Case Report :

  • Title: Concise, subject-specific, no full stop.
  • Introduction: Brief background to the case.
  • Case Description: Relevant clinical details.
  • Carry Home Message: Key learning point.
  • Conclusion: Summary.

Abstract General Guidelines :

  • Registration for the conference is mandatory prior to abstract submission. At least one of the authors/co-authors must be registered.
  • All abstracts must be submitted online in English language only. Submissions by email, fax, or other means will not be accepted.
  • The title of the abstract must be concise (maximum 40 words), avoid abbreviations, and should not have a full stop at the end.
  • The total length of the abstract must not exceed 300 words (excluding title). It should include 3–5 keywords at the end for indexing.
  • The abstract should clearly mention:
    • Objectives of the study, Methodology, Main findings (In hypothesis-based work, idea, discussion, and conclusion may be included.)
  • Abstracts must be well-written with correct grammar and clear language. Poorly written abstracts may be rejected.
  • If the analysis is incomplete, a revised abstract must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the conference to be included in the program material.
  • Authors, by submitting the abstract, grant the Organizing Committee the right to publish it in electronic format.
  • All abstracts will undergo confidential review by the Scientific Committee. The Committee's decision regarding acceptance and mode of presentation will be final.
  • Authors of selected abstracts will be informed well in advance.
  • Top 6 abstracts from each category shall be selected for NAPCON-25 Best Original Research Award.
  • The selection will be made by the Scientific Review Committee and their decision will be considered final.
  • Rest all selected abstracts shall be considered for Free Paper Presentation award.
  • A bonafide letter from the HOD is mandatory for Oral paper/E-poster submission.

Additional Information :

  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts a delegate can submit.
  • Abstracts can be submitted for either Oral or E-poster presentation; please indicate your preference during submission.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the final right to assign abstracts as Oral or E-poster presentations
