Registration Guidelines:
  • Registration is mandatory for faculty, delegates and students attending the conference and/or presenting papers / posters.
  • Registration cannot be transferred.
  • Registration fees include admission to the scientific halls, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunch / dinner and delegate kit.
  • Provide us your updated email id & mobile number (Preferred WhatsApp Number). As it will be used for the registration receipt and other conference communication.
  • Organizing committee shall not be liable in any form in case of changes in date / venue due to unforeseen reasons.
  • Conference organizers are not responsible for postal delays / failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communication.
  • Delegates can choose to attend only one workshop. A participation certificate will be provided for the selected workshop.
  • Conference attendance is separate, and its certificate will be issued based on the conference dates.
  • Workshop seats are limited and its registration is subject to availability of seats.
  • It is mandatory for all delegates to carry their photo id (government approved) for smooth registration procedure.
  • It is mandatory to submit HOD Letter / PG certificate to avail the registration in PG category.
Cancellation Policy:
  • 25% refund for cancellations before 31 August, 2025. No refund after that is acceptable.
  • All refunds will be entertained after the 45 days of completion of the conference
  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be made in writing through E-mail:napconjaipur25@gmail.com
